Can I go through this if I'm not in Flow Academy?
Yes. But at minimum, I ask that you at least be a past member of Flow Academy or have gone through the free releasing course, so you can know if releasing is something you want to go all in on. Because if it isn’t, it’s not going to work between us at all lmao.
As many of you probably know by now, I’m not a normie coach. We’re going to be exploring things very differently, and if you don’t resonate with how we do things in either Flow Academy or the free course, totally cool. But that’s how we primarily achieve transformations here, so let’s save both our time and energy, and your money in case you don’t resonate with the approach.
How does this differ from Flow Academy?
