For driven men who want progress without the constant inner war
Flow Academy gives you an easy‑to‑follow system to dissolve the pressure, stress, fear, avoidance and feeling of “never enough" that causes life to feel like an uphill grind. This allows you to pursue goals from flow, clarity and ease instead of lack and force, so work and life become easier, more effective and more enjoyable.
Is this you?
- On paper, the work is simple. But the more it feels like it actually matters to you, the harder, more complex and more of a grind the work feels.
- You get stuck in loops of overthinking, resisting and avoiding the few critical moves — that if done consistently, would move you forward the most. And instead, you end up burying yourself in easier, safer busy work that just "checks the box" and steals your progress.
- When you try and press down on the gas, it sometimes (or most times) feels like there’s an invisible brake being held down at the same time.
- There’s a background feeling like you’re behind, running out of time or not enough — so you keep doing more just to quiet the voice in your head, even if it ends up hijacking time to recharge and pushes you into foolish, self‑sabotaging moves.
- When you achieve something, the high is either short‑lived or non‑existent. Within days you’re already telling yourself some new rationalization why it wasn’t good enough, that it “doesn’t count,” and you’re confused why you feel so damn empty... even after a huge W
- You look at certain people who seem calm, clear and effective without even trying and think, “Why is it so easy for him, but so hard for me?”
- You’ve seriously fantasized about burning it all down and disappearing to a cabin in the wilderness or a beach on a tropical island, just to escape the constant chaos and pressure you live in.
- You want to achieve and create, but you also want to be at peace and enjoy this life — and it's historically felt like the two are at odds with each other.
- Deep down you know this endless uphill grind can’t be it — there has to be a more peaceful and enjoyable way to live and work while still being effective.
The way you’ve been taught to work is broken
Here’s what you’ve likely been taught it takes to succeed, and what your mind likely hammers down on you with:
- Never let go of your goals until they're accomplished. Never take anything off your to‑do list unless it’s done.
- Smash your head against the wall and rack your brain until you find the answer. Figure it the fuck out.
- “Pressure makes diamonds” — if you’re not stressed, exhausted and running on fumes, you’re not serious and obviously not working hard enough.
- Breaks and recharging are for pussies. You can sleep when you’re dead. If you slow down, someone else is going to pass you.
- When in doubt, just do more. Thinking, pausing and clarifying the path forward is time you could’ve been working. Work is the answer to all of your problems.
- Hold onto anger, grudges and every negative comment. Everything is taken personal, and you should use it all as fuel to prove people wrong and make them regret ever doubting you.
- At the same time, push down the fear, resistance and unwanted feelings — just execute. Emotions are a nuisance, something in the way, that must be suppressed, ignored and powered through. Do it anyway.
- If something isn't working yet, keep adding more. More information, more self‑improvement, more work, more habits, more systems — until it’s finally “enough” to succeed.
- If you haven’t “made it” yet, something is clearly wrong with you — you don’t deserve to feel good about yourself until you win. Whatever is on the scoreboard is your worth, so you better figure it the fuck out or you're cooked.
This is the common operating system for ambitious men, something you likely picked up through the business world, self‑improvement and hustle culture.
Yeah, if you learn how to channel this, you can grind yourself to some wins. More money, more status, more possessions. Sure.
And that’s a big if, because if you don’t channel it, the same OS will paralyze you and become the exact thing stopping you from moving forward.
See, nobody lives this way because they enjoy it. They live like this because they believe it’s the only way to get what they want out of life. They think it’s the only trade that can be made to achieve their desires.
And yet, it couldn’t be further from the truth.
You and I both know how it feels when you approach life like this. It’s miserable, it drains energy like a motherfucker, you’re constantly on edge, and it comes with a whole laundry list of downsides that almost no one talks about.
Sure, you might stack some riches this way. But you’ll never actually get to experience the richness of life itself, because wherever you go and whatever you do — nothing will ever be enough. Ever.
The price you pay for this paradigm
- The more tightly you cling to a goal and make it “you,” the harder, more rigid and grind-based everything becomes. You go blind to better paths and alternative solutions, and if it doesn’t go according to plan — it can straight up feel like you’re dying a slow, prolonged death.
- Pressure piles onto you and the project, and what feels like "your world" completely shrinks. You see fewer options, make worse decisions and burn out faster instead of doing your best work consistently, over the long haul
- You second‑guess and overthink everything. Even work that was already “enough” starts appearing as not good enough. So you tweak, fix and rework things over and over, which, in reality, didn’t need fixing in the first place.
- Action can feel heavy, tense, or at its extremes, like you're in a fight for your life. All the pressure and resistance makes you want to run away from what matters, so you have to mind‑fuck, control and manipulate yourself into starting, continuing and finishing work
- There's constant mental chatter and a feeling of “I’m behind,” “I’m running out of time,” “I’m not enough” that never really stops, and often causes you to either make retarded, self sabotaging moves that backfire big time or holds you back from making the moves that you want to
- If you do slow down or take a break, the self‑judgment is vicious. It feels like an all‑out war on yourself from inside for “wasting time” or “not getting enough done,” which ironically makes it way harder to get back to work.
- You start imagining that everyone else is judging you by an insane standard that you hold yourself to: where you are, what you’ve done and most importantly — what you haven’t done and where you aren't yet. You may even start avoiding social situations, resist being seen and retreat back into more work, which continues the cycle.
- Your health and relationships take a hit. You start avoiding your own life — emails, calls, projects, even people — because every touchpoint feels like a measurement of your worth, and deep down, even if you tell no one — it's painful as fuck.
- You waste months or years chasing goals that were never truly yours, only to realize — after the time, money and energy are gone — that you didn’t even want them.
- You can't shut it off. You can't truly rest, you can't be present for what matters most and you can't enjoy or appreciate what's right in front of you — because this OS will never let you
Put all that together and it’s not “a bit of stress” — it’s a full‑blown inner war that’s going on in the foreground and/or background. A vicious cycle of fear, doubt, worst‑case scenarios, illusions, taking everything personally and worrying about problems that don’t even exist. Nothing is enough, everything feels uphill, and what’s right in front of you never feels okay.
Not only does it suck, but it’s also an incredibly ineffective way to work — with more overthinking, slower decisions, less focus and clarity, longer times to complete tasks, less longevity, and more energy and time burned on the inessential.
It’s a cycle that continues until things either fuck up bad enough, or you finally hit a breaking point and you realize that it’s not the effective approach that you were once convinced it was.
So what's the answer?
Having read all that, there’s likely a lot of tension and pain that gets brought up, and the mind often shoots for the quickest escape.
There’s likely part of the mind that daydreams about completely abandoning everything — selling it all and becoming a beach bum, going to meditate on a mountain, or taking an indefinite semi‑retirement abroad — just to finally feel “at peace” again.
And despite being well intentioned, it’s still flawed. You could try it if you want, but you won’t find what you’re looking for doing that either.
As long as you focus on trying to change external circumstances instead of looking inside, going at it with an inside-out approach, you will continue to be disappointed at the results because external circumstances aren’t the cause.
Sure, I admit there are conditions appear to be more favorable for helping to facilitate calm. But conditions will never be perfect.
Even if you optimize for escaping normal life, because of the way this life works, the same suffering, struggle, patterns and inner war might not be as obvious, but after that honey moon phase is over, you’ll be right back where you started.
“Wherever you go, there you are.”
Until it’s addressed and released, the unwanted feelings and mental states will keep coming back over and over again. Like a rainy cloud that follows you wherever you go.
The truth is, while the mind tries to tell you that it’s all about the circumstances and that’s what needs to change in order for you to feel a certain — you’re not actually running away from what’s going on in your business or your life.
You’re trying to escape how it feels — the endless battle, and how it shows up all over your life.
Take for example, this banger quote from Blaise Pascal — “All of humanity’s problems stem from man’s inability to sit quietly in a room alone.”
It’s extremely simple and and as easy at gets.
But if it feels like you’re fighting a war inside or perpetually drowning or can’t turn the chatter off — it feel like the hardest task in the world.
What’s actually going on beneath the surface
The common denominator between each example we’ve went through so far — the work, the escape, and the quiet room — are the filters that reality is perceived through. These filters — the feelings, emotions, fears, doubts, limiting beliefs and the stories you keep buying into — all determine how things feel, seem and are sensed.
These filters warp perception so drastically that life feels hard and uphill even when, logically, it shouldn’t.
Beneath all the chaos and noise, the default of life is actually flow. There is ease, peace, clarity, well‑being and an okay‑ness with what is.
This likely sounds foreign to you, because over time, especially as a high performer, you’ve gotten so wrapped up in stress, fear, doubts, expectations and pressure that you’ve kind of just started to think that this is “just how life is if I want to progress”.
But it isn’t. That’s the least of life and is actually limiting what you’re capable of achieving.
The good news is, these filters are not permanent, they’re not who you are and they are not part of you.
They can all be released. And when they dissolve, what’s always been there, beyond the filters, can finally be revealed.
The lie you've been sold about peace vs. performance
At this point, you might be thinking, “Okay, peace and ease sound great. But what about my goals, my to‑do list and my schedule? If I want to be at peace, won’t I have to let go of progressing?”
And the answer is unequivocally, no.
You’ve been taught you have to choose between peace and performance, and it’s just not true.
Before I began releasing, I had the exact same fear. I felt like I couldn’t have both, it was only either/or.
I was terrified of letting go of certain fears, the dark side, proving people wrong — because I thought that without it, I’d lose my ability to achieve and progress.
But I hit a breaking point, where I became so tired of the fight with life, the inner war, nothing ever being enough — that I said “fuck it” and completely risked my performance to unlock peace.
And instead of ending up on top of a mountain doing nothing, instead of the inaction or stagnancy you’d probably imagine — I found the exact opposite:
Performance reached levels I’d previously dreamed of.
Yeah, it was a shock to me too.
From a place of flow, wholeness, ease and peace — progress felt almost automatic in nature, and it was actually the resistance, the fears and the doubts, that were stopping things from moving forward naturally.
And over time, that became my new default.
With this program, you get to have both peace and performance at the same time. While you build, to help you build. Because the two actually amplify each other.
You don’t have to have choose either peace or performance. You can have both, because the two actually amplify each other. It’s unreal.
The more you release, the more obvious this becomes. You don’t lose your ability to progress; progress is recognized as natural, because life is not stagnant. It is in a never ending state of flow and unfoldment. And this just helps you align with the natural flow that already is, instead of holding back and playing small with resistance, fear and lack.
What life feels like on the other side
The more that’s released, the more flow is revealed, which contains everything you’ve actually been looking for:
- Clarity, solutions, ideas and clearer next steps
- Better decisions, fewer mistakes
- Higher-quality work, while feeling lighter, easier and more enjoyed
- Less overthinking and second‑guessing, more confidence, self belief and intuitive guidance
- Clearer thinking, a quieter mind, with less emotional rollercoaster and reactivity
- More strategic movement, with strategic stillness too
- Progress that feels lighter and more interesting
- Creativity and levels of effectiveness you used to dream of
- A calm and inner stillness, with more presence, appreciation, laughter and enjoyment
You stop trying to fight life and start flowing with it and responding more appropriately, more effectively. More and more, you leverage the current that’s already flowing, which paradoxically gives your goals the best chance of happening — if they’re actually appropriate.
Instead of trying to break down a wall, you look to the right, notice a door, open it and walk through. Then you’re onto what’s next.
You’ve probably been taught there has to be a warzone inside you with maximum pressure, huge stakes, constant controlling in order to be effective. In reality, the more that inner war dissolves, the easier progress unfolds. Action, creation and building still happen — but from a much more powerful place of inner stillness instead of constant chaos, an inner shit show.
Fighting with life means suffering and ineffectiveness.
Flowing with life means ease, enjoyment and effectiveness.
If you’ve spent years suffering, resisting and fighting life, this will likely feel backwards at first — just like it did for me and the other men who’ve explored this work.
Yes, this program is unconventional and will challenge long‑held assumptions.
But that’s exactly why it works as well as it does.
Best part? You don’t have to believe me
This works better than anything I’ve ever found, which is why after this new paradigm was discovered, I rebuilt the entire program to optimize for it because of how impactful it was and went all in.
But here’s where this really shines:
You don’t need to believe a word I say. Belief and agreement are not required for it to work.
This is systematic, replicable and something you can experiment with and test for yourself to see what works best:
- Force or flow
- Stress or ease
- Heaviness or lightness
- Fear or courage
- Second-guessing or security
- Lack or wholeness
Run the processes on real things in your real life and see which approach you find to be easier, more effective and more enjoyable.
Just test.
And if, after giving it a fair shot, for whatever reason, you prefer the conventional fight with life and the inner war — you are free to go back to living life the way you always have.
There’s no downside.
What changes when you do this work
In simple terms, this is about taking the unnecessary fight out of life and work. Less forcing, less stress and more natural, effective action on what actually matters.
The constant uphill grind eases
You still move forward and keep progressing, but things feel simpler, lighter and more flow-based, instead of feeling like you’re either dragging an anchor behind you or you’re being dragged behind a moving vehicle.
You focus more on what actually matters
You stop burying yourself in busy work and finally focus on the key moves that matter most. Inauthentic goals and inessential actions drop away, and you invest the newfound time and energy into what you genuinely desire instead of what you think you “have to” do or what you “should” want.
The way you work completely transforms
You start and finish important work faster, with less need to hype yourself up, trick yourself into starting, or brute force your way into action. You actually start gravitating towards the essential work — and with all the pressure and weight that is released, it’s way simpler and easier than you remember.
Your day-to-day is way more effective
You unlock more effective hours in a day than you’ve ever experienced before, without feeling like you’re dying inside during and after. There’s less spinning your wheels and second-guessing, more actual movement in the right direction, and if you’d like, there’s more time and energy for other areas of life you’ve been neglecting.
You see the path forward more clearly
With less fear, doubt, second‑guessing, limiting beliefs and stories distorting what is, you can make cleaner, quicker decisions with fewer regret‑filled detours, while also leveraging all the newfound clarity, unlocked intuition and clearer reasoning to discovering things you just couldn’t previously see
You become more grounded and feel more free
The inner voice becomes quieter and the emotional rollercoaster levels out. You feel steadier under pressure, more grounded and more level‑headed, instead of being whipped around by emotional high and low — regardless of the external circumstances.
You enjoy the process without even trying to
You can finally enjoy both the journey and the destination, without having to force yourself to “be present” or use a gratitude journal. You naturally and effortlessly take it all in, appreciating what’s right in front of you, which actually helps the wins finally register and helps you progress even more.
You build a meta skill that you can use forever
With this program, you build a meta‑skill you can use on any goal, situation or emotion for the rest of your days. Whatever you’re working on or going through, you’ll have learned a set of repeatable processes you can revisit over and over again to assist you.
How Flow Academy actually works
Flow Academy is built on the core mechanism of releasing, looped over and over through different processes, approaches, styles — all to unlock more and more each time you release. Here’s how it works:
1.
Pick a topic
Identify something you’d like to let go of or release around. Anything that feels stuck, limited or unwanted, like there’s resistance, attachment, heaviness, confusion or unwanted feelings. Or just simply something you’d like to feel more free, at peace, more grounded and clearer around.
2.
Go through a releasing process
Use a releasing process. Pick a style of releasing that resonates most with you and go through some simple, low-effort, easy-to-follow releasing questions that take you from “there’s no shot I could let this go” to things just letting go, dropping and dissolving on their own, within a surprisingly short period of time.
3.
Arrive at clarity, ease, flow
On the other side of a release, there’s a sense of clarity, calm and a lightness that’s revealed. Whatever you were working on is either revealed as okay as it is, or when it’s appropriate, next steps and new ideas are revealed, and you find yourself in flow, moving forward on them with ease. The side effect? You may also find yourself laughing hard at how difficult you used to make it for absolutely no reason.
In practice, here's how this looks:
Bring whatever's tense, heavy or challenging
Use the system for whatever you’d like to work on and whatever’s arising in your real life. This could be a goal you’re doubting, an action you’re avoiding, a situation you feel like you’re drowning in, or something from the “outside world” that’s driving you mental. You can even release around the positive things, which make them feel even better.
No need to understand the "why"
You don’t need to figure out how releasing works for it to work, as it works with or without understanding. You also no longer need to understand the root cause of the challenge at an intellectual level, as that’s often just a block to letting something go. Just apply the technique, set things free and reap the wonderful benefits.
Find the right combination for you
Unlock a huge toolkit of techniques, approaches, processes and questions, all designed to help you release resistance, limitations and illusions from different angles. Pick whatever’s working most effectively for you, then ride that wave until you’re ready to move on to what’s next. Go through guided releases, release on your own, or explore these processes with others on this journey, too.
Anytime, anywhere, however you'd like
Release on the go in all sorts of situations and environments, or just the comfort of your own home. Use quick releases on the fly, to get some relief within a few minutes, then back to things. Or, go for a longer guided release to work deeper and get more benefit. Use the basics and intermediate approaches to keep things more practical, or opt for the “out there” advanced approaches for shortcuts.
What we primarily work on inside:
Goals
You practice letting go of both the resistance to your goals and the rigid attachment to them “having to” happen. Goals that were never yours quietly drop away, while authentic ones come back with more clarity, lightness, and newfound freed up time and energy to focus on what actually matters to you. The pursuit of goals and the way you move forward completely changes, with a newfound sense of confidence, self-assuredness, and openness as you work toward them.
Actions
You release around the pressure, holdback and feelings of “I have to” or “I can’t” around your next steps, which allows you to clearly prioritize the essential and let the inessential drop away. Without endless procrastination or cheap tricks to try and get around the avoidance, you’ll start faster. And without the inner war, overthinking, chaos and resentment, you’ll enjoy flow, simplicity and enjoyment — meaning more focus, more effectiveness, and finishing way faster.
Situations + inner state
Instead of resisting unwanted thoughts and feelings around life (which actually keeps them stuck), we’ll switch to welcoming and allowing them, which surprisingly can help lifelong patterns dissolve, free up energy, and leave you with more calm, ease and enjoyment. External circumstances may or may not change, but now, you won’t be whipped around by them anymore, allowing you a window to the highest level of freedom.
You set the depth and pace
From beneficial, to fundamentally game-changing, the depth and pace is up to you.
This system can be explored as casually or as deeply as you’d like. Some dudes are just happy to be feeling less stressed, less weighed down by life, seeing more clearly in the day-to-day, and having a blast with the new level of effectiveness.
Other men, like myself, realize how OP this work is and use it to completely re-write the way they work, create and live, forming a staircase to an entirely different level of freedom, peace, truth and awareness.
The same system supports both, and you get to dictate the pace and depth that’s most appropriate for you.
This becomes the path forward
This may start out as an emergency fix to relieve you of whatever’s fucking your mind and emotions up the most right now. That’s where I started, too. But when applied diligently, this system can become fully integrated in your work and day-to-day life.
Instead of being yet another practice, habit or ritual that feels like it’s getting in the way of working, this becomes the path forward. No matter what the work is — anytime you hit a point of resistance, confusion, doubt, where you’d normally either try to white knuckle it (and probably break something or yourself) or just simply avoid the situation altogether (fight vs. flight), you can now just release whatever resistance is arising. And on the other side of that, clarity, solutions, new ideas are revealed and the path forward is unlocked, and it gets back to being simpler and easier.
You don’t need to run away to a retreat abroad. You don’t need to escape where you’re at, what’s right in front of you. This — whatever “this” looks like for you, right here, right now — becomes the retreat. Anything and everything that’s happening — the goals, actions, situations, challenges, stories, feelings — it can all be used as an opportunity to release and unlock more ease, peace, clarity, flow in your life and level up in ways that few ever have and few ever will.
This is NOT:
- Conventional, “normie” self‑improvement principles you’ve already heard a thousand times and aren’t fixing things the way you’d hoped
- Another info‑heavy course that you watch, never apply, forget and regret buying
- More surface-level productivity hacks or mental trickery that ignores what's actually driving the unwanted behaviour and outcomes
- Some guru dynamic where I tell you what to do in your business, creative projects or life
- Another heavy, boring practice that you “have to do” but would rather not, because it feels like it's in the way of work
- Something that zaps your ability to move forward or causes you to check out of life
This IS:
- A systematic approach to let go of the resistance, tension and unwanted emotions that cause work and life to feel heavy, limited, stuck, or something to be avoided
- A subtraction‑based, practical releasing system. Based on spiritual, mindfulness and psychological principles, while also being firmly rooted in testability, experimentation and practicality
- A process‑first program built primarily on reps, and less so on information. You'll learn how to release, but the game is applying it over and over in your day to day until the program's benefits go from sound-good theory to lived experience
- A collection of easy-to-use, simple-to-follow, mentally stimulating and enjoyable releasing processes that you can plug and play with any topic and see benefits fast.
- A way to take your power back, increase your intuition and self‑trust, so you can arrive at answers yourself instead of outsourcing clarity and decision making to gurus or technology — which can only teach you about what was, and what might be, not what actually is...
- An exploration into the little known and even lesser-experienced bridge between peace and performance, that you're just not going to find anywhere else

Why this is free (and why it matters to you)
At this point you might be thinking:
“This sounds amazing. Why on earth is he giving this full system away for free?”
In earlier versions of Flow Academy, the program you’re about to get was locked behind a paywall, exclusively available to paying members.
I could’ve easily charged $1K+/month for the group like a lot of others in this space do. But instead, I set it at only $100/month so any man who was serious could get access, and saved higher ticket rates for 1:1 work.
Then one day, something happened that caused my to re-evaluate my business model entirely and open to the possibility of giving away all the materials away for free.
And after using the exact system you’ll get access to inside to help arrive at clarity around the decision, it became obvious that it was time to:
- Give the system away for free
- Charge for access and support (group + 1:1)
It benefitted both you and I, supported the mission to help men be free, and allowed for me to make more money while helping more people — so I went all in.
I made this free because:
- For those who don’t know me yet, I want to earn your trust. And the best way I can do that is by you going through this, experimenting, getting great benefit, and see how powerfully this works first hand
- I want you to actually use this. To get ridiculous value from this system and unlock some insane results. Every success story is a huge W for both of us.
- Dropping the paywall reduces friction, and allows you to share this with your friends and family more easily, which means this is experienced more at scale
- I get to give away something for free, that will help you more than the programs people charge for, because that’s fucking hilarious lol
- And lastly, I know the men who really resonate with it and will share it, join Flow Academy+ and/or work with me 1:1. Everybody wins. W.
This isn’t some free program or some normie lead magnet. No. It’s a fucking banger, and for the right person will help you more than every paid program you’ve been through.
But it only works if you actually show up, and actually run it.
It requires a commitment, a decision to play full on, and a consistent follow through after.
So don’t approach this like just another thing you just sign up for and do nothing with. Drop that amateur behaviour.
Instead, go through it. Learn the techniques, then apply them to your goals and your challenges, what’s really going on in your real life, right now.
This can be your new secret weapon, if you allow it to be.
Then, share this with people you know can benefit from this too. Share the gold, just like I’m doing with you.
And if you want my help in applying this work at a deeper and faster level, you know where to find me.
Where Flow Academy falls short (and how to solve it)
Flow Academy gives you a comprehensive system to release whatever you’d like to.
But it does not give you:
- A community of men explore this side by side
- Live calls where you can bring your challenges, questions and get immediate assistance
- A second perspective to help you spot blindspots, limitations, and things you’re not seeing
- Accountability. There’s no one who will check on you when you fall off, and it could cost you months, years or even decades.
For some, the DIY approach works well. They’re good at self managing, going through things, following through and show up consistently without any extra help.
If that’s you, then you’ll do great with the free system.
But if you notice you have a habit of:
- Signing up for free courses, books, guides, communities and tools, but never actually applying them (professional consumerism)
- Getting excited about something, telling yourself you’ll do it at a later date, but frequently looking back a year later with nothing to show for it (or at least, in that specific area)
- Struggling to break free from past behaviours, limitations, or the “old you”; defaulting into unwanted norms that keep you from where you’d like to be
Then the bottleneck isn’t access to information, approaches, systems or tools — it’s you getting in your own way. And if it’s bad enough, you probably won’t do fuck all here either, and you’ll continue the same old shit and keep holding yourself back from what you’re truly capable of.
And because this might actually be the thing you’ve waited so long for, the thing that can truly allow you to finally set yourself free, you’ll probably resist it even more and it’s unlikely to get done alone. Getting that extra support to increase your chances of following through are critical.
So, if that’s you…
Or you’re find that:
- You’re in or about to enter a season of life that’s chaotic, heavy, intense and could use some extra support immediately
- You want to skip the wait. You’re ready to maximize for depth and speed with releasing, now, and don’t want to bother going through the delayed period of trying to figure this out alone
- You’ve got a ton of stuff you’d like to release and you want to leverage my experience to release it faster
Then I highly recommend that you get direct support. And that’s where Flow Academy+ and 1:1 work come in.
More information here, but TLDR;
→ If you’re good with only getting access to the toolkit, start with Flow Academy and get started with the 30 day game immediately.
→ If you want a place to bring what you’re struggling with, request assistance, ask questions and tap into a group of like minded men exploring this by your side, join Flow Academy+.
→ If you want a custom roadmap based on your goals and challenges, advanced releasing, maximum depth, speed and consistency, total privacy, and to ensure you have no choice but to follow through with this and level up, 1:1 is the move.
The good news is you’re already paying for it in lost time, energy, income — but with these solutions, you get to shift the cost to something that supports you in where you want to be.
What men just like you are experiencing
I’m feeling a lot of peace right now. You’re always there at each stage of growth that I get through.

Before starting coaching with Josh, I was stuck, overwhelmed, angry, avoiding right action, unfocused and succumbing to addiction. After 6 months of Josh’s one on one coaching, releasing and accountability, I now have belief and respect in myself, I’ve completely released my addiction, I’m at peace, I’m in action, I’m enjoying the process and making excellent progress on my goals. Additionally, I’ve drastically improved my physical health and I’m in the best emotional state I’ve been in over 3 years. I firmly believe that if you could do it on your own, you would have done it by now. Josh was the answer I was looking for. He uses simple yet powerful processes that get to the core of the issue and make everything else seem easier. He’s someone I could trust as he’s walking the talk and committed to his own growth as well as his clients. Highly recommend.

Sixty minutes with Josh gave me more progress than I would have received in a year alone. His process works to make you truly understand why you are not where you need to be, and the path to becoming who you were meant to be.

Josh is committed to the work he does and he cares about the results you get. I have experienced sessions with him on multiple occasions and I recommend everyone tries it in order to understand what he does from experience.

It really helped me out. It helped me clear through some things out of my brain, get refocused on really what I wanted to do and fight back past some of these things that I was facing. Your program works.

Before working with Josh my quickly expanding business was getting the better of me. The increasing workload was overwhelming and it left me burnt out and unable to stay productive.. Then with a mix of peace processing and performance coaching, Josh helped me get back on track. So much so in fact that my screen time has dropped by 75% and what used to take me a week of working can now be done in less than 2 days…

These wins come from people who played full on.
Instead of watching from the sidelines, they tested, experimented, and applied this in their real lives.

Frequently asked questions
Who is this actually for? Does it make sense for me?
This is for driven men who are done with the inner war — whether you’ve already “made it” and hate how it feels, you’ve been grinding for years and still haven’t broken through, you’re earlier in your career and can already see the flaws in the “grind till I die” model and want no part of it, or you’re at the point where chasing progress alone isn’t enough anymore and you’re ready to add more peace and enjoyment into your life — the real richness.
If you’ve already built things, you don’t have to blow it all up or start from scratch just because you’re changing how you operate. You can keep what you’ve created and continue progressing, if it’s what you truly want, but run things from a completely different place — finally enjoying work and life again, seeing more clearly, discovering solutions more easily, and hitting new levels of effectiveness without grinding yourself to dust like you’re used to.
If you’ve been working your ass off for years, still haven’t broken through, and it’s chewed you up to the point where you’ve thought about quitting altogether — this is likely the missing piece you’ve been looking for. You get to systematically identify and dissolve the blocks, limitations, resistance and fears that have been secretly killing your efforts and stopping you from getting what you’re actually after. This gives you a path to level up without feeling like you have to destroy yourself in the process.
If you’re earlier in your career and can already see the flaws in the conventional script, this lets you skip decades of unnecessary suffering and ineffectiveness. Instead of building from fear and constant strain, you get to build from flow and clarity — and that becomes your secret weapon, which even the veterans in your space rarely have.
No matter where you’re at, the work is the same: we release the inner war and the blocks that have been capping you, so you can actually access more of what you’re capable of. Progress stops feeling like punishment or a fight and starts feeling like flow — easier, simpler, clearer, more done in less time, with less holdback — and most importantly, without sacrificing your sanity.
You don’t have to wait for some arbitrary day in the future to enjoy what’s right in front of you — and you won’t stop progressing if you do. This shows you how to experience peace and performance together while you build, to help you build.
How much time do I need each week?
Inside Flow Academy, I recommend a simple game: for the first 30 days, invest a minimum of an hour a day into yourself and your future. This can mean watching or listening to lessons, showing up to calls (if you’re working 1:1 with me or in Flow Academy) and most importantly, releasing on real things in your life and work.
You aren’t “losing an hour” here. You’re trading 1 hour to make the other 15 easier, more effective and more enjoyable — and it can even be split into smaller blocks (ie. 2x 30m, 4x 15m) to still get the benefit.
You’re probably already burning hours of potential output each day in anxiety, avoidance and fighting yourself, so this isn’t extra time on top that you’re not already spending. Instead of throwing that time into the abyss and staying stuck at the same ceiling of daily output you’re at now, this redirects it into working on the root cause — so you naturally drop the inessential, stop drowning in busywork, and unlock more effective hours in a day than you’ve ever had access to before.
If an hour still feels impossible, this isn’t an all-or-nothing thing, so just do the best you can. 15 minutes is better than 0, and 30 is better than 15 — but you just can’t expect things to magically change with no time investment, so carve out time for what matters. Even just 15–30 minutes a day, done consistently, can still help you a lot.
P.S. If you really don’t feel like you have time for this, you’re exactly who this is designed for. This is low key a time glitch in the matrix. You trade a small amount of time each day to reclaim the hours you were already losing to stress, avoidance and busy-work. And once you see the ROI of that trade, it becomes something you naturally keep doing, unlocking more and more benefit each time.
P.P.S. The point of this game is to get reps, get benefit, and continue at it. Get into the habit of using it, and see how quickly it works. Then, you’ll start to gravitate towards it naturally and use it as a go to — because you’re missing out on a completely different playing field without it. Play the game, show up consistently and you’ll be blown away how much you can achieve in just 30 days of using this. It’s the best video game you’ll ever play.
If I do this, will I lose my drive or become soft?
The question you’re really asking is, “will I lose my ability to progress?” and the answer is no. This is designed to help you unlock a new level of progress by removing what’s subtly and secretly been holding you back from experiencing it.
The deeper you explore this, what will change is how you progress and where action comes from. Right now, a lot of the “drive” comes from fear, anger, pressure, proving people wrong and avoidance. You can get action from this, no doubt. But you’re also going to be leaking energy all day, fighting unnecessary battles and getting caught up in nonsense.
This exact concern is covered more in depth inside, but for now here’s what you need to know:
TLDR; this will not kill your performance or cause you to be weak, but instead, progress will look and feel very different, in a good way.
When you use this system, the little things stop feeling so life-or-death, so there’s less fear-based avoidance. It becomes easier to show up and do what’s essential, but from a calmer, cleaner and clearer place — with more energy for the few things that actually matter.
Another way to think about this — this enables you to stop driving with the brakes on and cleans off the filthy windshield. So instead of flooring it in the wrong direction, you can see the road ahead clearly and respond more appropriately and accurately.
Will this actually make me more effective, or just calmer?
Both. It’s not an either or. Calm is what helps you be more effective — not less. When I first started using this on myself, I genuinely risked my own performance to get peace, and because of the flow and ease that followed, as an added bonus I reached an entirely new level of effectiveness that I used to dream of.
If this approach only made you feel more relaxed and either kept performance the same or hurt it, I wouldn’t talk about performance at all — I’d just make this a peace program, because that alone is rich beyond words. But thankfully, it’s both, and exploring this work is still the single greatest investment I’ve ever made for productivity and getting more out of myself.
In practice, it looks like this: you spend far less time spinning your wheels, second‑guessing and needing to “pump yourself up” and far more time actually focused on the few things that matter most. You start and finish important work in a fraction of the time, make clearer decisions with fewer regret-filled detours, and stop sabotaging your progress with avoidant or reactive moves.
So yes, you’ll become calmer. But that calm shows up as more focus, better decisions and cleaner action — not you sitting on top of a mountain doing nothing, unless that’s genuinely what you want lol.
I’m not very “spiritual” — is this going to be too woo for me?
You don’t have to see yourself as “spiritual” to benefit from this.
Releasing works at an emotional and psychological level too, and can help with feelings of stress, anxiety, pressure and inner-resistance, along with behaviours like procrastination, overthinking, avoidance and self-doubt. It’s testable, systematic and repeatable. If you can notice how something appears, feels and is sensed, then answer some questions and pay attention to how things shift at a mental and feeling level, you can do this. It’s really that simple.
That said, I must admit — there are part of Flow Academy where we do get into very “out there” territory as that’s where the shortcuts exist to addressing the root cause of suffering, stuckness and any other challenges you’re experiencing — but it’s optional. You can explore and test those out if you’d like, or you can discard them and focus on the seemingly more practical approaches that you like most.
As a reminder, you don’t need to believe anything in this program for it to work. In fact, I actively discourage blind agreement or rejection. Instead, I encourage you to test for yourself to see first hand. This is a game of experimentation, not theory. So test, keep what resonates, and discard what doesn’t — and ride the wave of whatever’s working best for you, as there a whole host of variations and techniques waiting for your inside.
And if for whatever reason you don’t resonate with any of it, you can bounce afterwards and you’ll get a full money back guar— wait nevermind it’s free now.
Get your ass inside now and test it out for yourself.
How does this different from other mindfulness and mentality work?
You can absolutely use this alongside whatever you’re already doing — other programs, coaching, accountability partners, meditation, journalling, religion, etc. This works at a meta level, so it makes all of those work better. But here’s where things may differ:
Most approaches focus on trying to curb the fear, doubt and resistance that stop you from moving forward — “motivation”, mental manipulation, getting yourself fired up, accountability, drinking enough caffeine, or just white knuckling things so you temporarily override what’s happening beneath the hood and do it anyway.
For some guys, that kind of brute-force approach works to a certain degree — they get themselves to act, but they hate the way it feels and burn twice the fuel for half the output (if it’s even in the right direction). For others, it just locks them up completely and they stay stuck. But either way, regardless of if the action was taken or not — you’re typically still left with the same fear, pressure and resistance underneath that you still need to work around next time, which keeps you stuck in a loop of forcing, suffering, ineffectiveness — and it’s not very pleasant.
With releasing, we go to the root cause — where things actually come from. This works from the inside, out. Instead of focusing on the external or the circumstantial, we focus on what’s going inside, which has the largest influence on the external, too.
If you’re feeling stuck or like you’re driving with the brakes on: you’re not broken. It just means that there’s resistance, attachments, unwanted emotion, false beliefs around the goals you’re focused on, the actions you need to take and the situations you’re finding yourself in.
Once those dissolve, flow unlocks, as it’s actually the default of this life and on the other side of letting these go. This means you don’t have to trick or mind‑fuck yourself into action. Clarity is revealed, you see the real next step and find yourself moving on what’s appropriate, when it’s appropriate, without the constant overthinking or feeling like you’re going to die or something’s going to go wrong at each step of the process (with whatever you’re working on)
Unlike other approaches, releasing isn’t another box you check resentfully, before you get to the “real work”. This isn’t “in the way” of your work — it becomes the way you work. It is a path forward. This framework fully integrates with the goals, actions and situations in your real life to unlock clarity, solutions, performance and progress, with surprising ease and simplicity. It’s actually so effective, that a lot of the conventional habits you were so convinced you “had to do” to move forward casually drop away, because the inner friction that they were using those tools to get around dissolves. So instead, you’ll find yourself in motion without all the extra hacks, self-manipulation and mind-fuckery.
How does this differ from other courses or teachings?
A lot. This isn’t something where you need to watch a bunch of lectures and take rigorous notes to memorize everything that was said. This is also not standard advice‑based teaching or coaching coaching or teaching where I suggest what you do in your business or craft. This is a system that gives the opportunity to release the meta filters that affect virtually every area of your life.
If information alone were the answer, with all that you’ve consumed — you’d already be in flow, taking action on what’s appropriate, enjoying the process and progressing on what matters most. So instead of going information‑heavy and cramming more lectures, concepts and tactics into an already overwhelmed mind and generating even more chaos, we’re going in the opposite direction. The lessons inside exist to help show you how to release and release more effectively, and instead of adding to the pile, we then focus more on unlearning and dissolving the false beliefs, limited paradigms and past stories that have held you back, so things can finally shift for you.
Even if you explore the 1:1 work or Flow Academy, the same thing is true. I’m not there to give you creative or business advice. I’m there to help guide to let go of the stories, illusions, resistance and inner chaos that cause confusion, procrastination and inaction — so you can see more clearly, think more logically and trust your intuition more. Instead of looking to gurus or needing anyone else’s permission, the goal is to get more dialled in so your next moves can be effortlessly discovered and then acted upon with confidence and ease.
And yes, the methods explored inside are intentionally unconventional as fuck. We look in places that almost no one else looks to unlock transformations that almost no one else gets. This is why this work will feel very different from what you’ve tried before, and why the outcomes can look so radical too.
Think of this less like another “course” or conventional “coaching” and instead, a clear, step‑by‑step system you can tap into for whatever you’re working on to make everything easier, more effective and more enjoyable. It’s like upgrading the operating system after you’ve put off updating for years and year so that everything you run on it works smoother and faster.
Is this really free? What's the catch?
Yeah, it’s really free. This allows both of us to benefit tremendously.
You get a fuck ton of value for free. You get to test it out for yourself, see if it lives up to the hype. You put it into practice, you get great results and unlock amazing transformations. You see how fast and effectively this works, even despite skepticism. You send me your wins and how it’s helping you. You spread this work to others it can benefit. And you help me with our mission to help men be free.
And then for those of you who want direct access to me so you can work even deeper and even faster, you can upgrade to Flow Academy+ or work 1:1. But it’s totally optional and you can get a fuck load of value without ever paying me a penny.
This new model allows me to play a bigger game by giving away a ton of value for free, then charging for access to me with support for increased depth and speed.
What if I need help with this? Where can I ask questions?
My model is a little bit different in that I give away the best information and approaches for free, but access to me is completely paywalled.
Now, I did do my best to cover the most commonly asked questions inside in an extremely thoroughly way, so I wasn’t leaving you hanging.
But if you’d like to ask me a specific question beyond that or get direct support or a goal or challenge, that’s why 1:1 and Flow Academy+ exist.

The fork in the road
The truth is, you don’t have to do this.
If you’re satisfied with where you’re at and don’t want to go further, that’s okay. Not everyone is committed to living an elevated life and truly experiencing freedom at the highest levels.
If you’d like, you can go back to normalcy, with everything feeling mid, riding the emotional rollercoaster on the daily, nothing ever feeling enough, work being an endless uphill grind, and drowning in resistance, tension and suffering for the rest of your life.
But if you read this far, you probably aren’t satisfied with that and want to go beyond it.
So instead, try this. Get Flow Academy now, spend 30 days testing out an unconventional yet radically effective way to move afford with:
- The full system that I use with myself and clients
- 40+ ready to use guided releases that you can plug and play with real challenges in your real life
- A comprehensive training that’ll teach you how to let go of unwanted feelings and limitations
All without paying me a dime.
Either way, you’re paying by:
- Moving blindly in the wrong directions
- Leaking energy all day through fear, stress, anger, irritation
- Wasted hours due to limited ineffectiveness, over-complication, making things harder than they need to be
- Everything you’re missing out on from hesitation, stalling and resisting around what matters most
Flow Academy just allows you to pay through commitment, time and energy to finally change that.
But it’ll still come down to whether or not you’re tired of normalcy and you’re ready to test out something different.
You won’t get different results doing the exact same thing over and over again. That’s the definition of insanity.
If you’re even slightly pulled to do this, join now and get started testing this out for yourself.
